Christmas Eve

We were very far from home for Christmas but we were well taken care of. On Christmas Eve day we cruised the beautiful Abatan River.

    lovely, maggie...dont you just love those nipa fronds in the water? they always make me think of coconut treetops and a submerged barrio beneath the waters...

    Yes, Mayee, and I was so happy to get to see the nipa village close up. I have been planning a whole series of posts on nipa and will get to it soon.
